We are currently experiencing a partial network outage affecting mobile connectivity services in the following countries and territories:

South Africa, Bermuda, Canada, Tanzania, Senegal, Guernsey, Gibraltar, Jersey, Isle of Man, Azerbaijan, Madagascar, Algeria, Vatican City, United Kingdom, Sweden, Spain, Slovenia, Slovakia, San Marino, Romania, Portugal, Netherlands, Norway, Malta, Luxembourg, Lithuania, Liechtenstein, Latvia, Italy, Ireland, Iceland, Hungary, Greece, Germany, Finland, Estonia, Denmark, Czech Republic, Cyprus, Croatia, Bulgaria, Belgium, Austria, Comoros, and Monaco.

Affected users may experience intermittent service disruptions, reduced connectivity, or difficulties accessing mobile data services.

Our network partners are actively investigating the issue, and we are working to restore full service as quickly as possible.
